SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE RESERVED APARTMENT

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon completing the payment for your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation containing all the crucial details of your booking. It is essential to thoroughly review this information.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF €500

The remaining balance for your reservation must be settled in cash or by credit card (with prior notice) upon your arrival at the booked apartment.

Approximately three days before your arrival date, kindly reach out to us to specify your estimated arrival time at the apartment.

Upon departure, please ensure that you return all sets of keys that were provided to you.

On your last day, please vacate the apartment by the check-out time specified in your apartment's terms and conditions.

You are responsible for the proper care of the apartment, its furnishings, and equipment.

Accommodating more people than stipulated in the booking contract is not allowed.

We expect all guests to respect the tranquility of the apartment and its surroundings, especially during nighttime hours. Disruptive behavior, including noise disturbances, may result in eviction without refunds, including the security deposit.

Particular attention must be paid to minimizing noise when opening or closing building and apartment entry doors. Strict adherence to this rule is mandatory.

Tenants found in violation of these rules may be evicted without any refund for the duration of their stay.

We do not accept group reservations for stag or hen parties or groups visiting the city for European championship football matches.

Reservations by individuals planning to engage in illegal activities or to host companions during their stay in the apartment are not accepted.

Upon arrival at the apartment or upon payment of rent, the contact person and the tenant will be required to sign a contract. A photocopy of a valid ID or Passport will also be requested.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments made for reservations are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations made less than a week before the check-in date or failing to arrive at the apartment without prior notice will result in a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or fax.

The cancellation policy specific to each apartment will be applied based on the date of receiving the cancellation notice.

We reserve the right to change accommodations to ones of similar characteristics or, in extreme cases, cancel reservations if, due to insurmountable circumstances or force majeure, the reserved apartment is unavailable or not in a habitable condition. If the client declines the alternative accommodation offered, they may cancel the reservation without either party demanding compensation.

MODIFICATIONS

Date modifications are permissible under the following conditions:

• Extension of dates: Subject to the availability of the same apartment for the desired dates. Changes will only be processed after payment of the difference in reservation amounts.

• Reduction of dates: Permissible up to one month in advance, with no refund of the reservation amount.

• Please note that the choice of apartment location is the responsibility of our clients.

DISCLAIMER

NAELY HOSTING shall not be held responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings inside the apartments.
